Tom Martz is a tax manager and shareholder at Eckhoff Accountancy with over twenty-five years of experience in public accounting, tax planning and preparation for individuals and small businesses.  Tom is the Chairperson of the Estate and Trust department and consults on trust funding, allocations and estate tax strategies.  Tom is a Marin County native and a past president of the Rotary Club of Terra Linda.  He is also an advisor to several private charitable foundations.
